One week is no problem. Even if they found cancer today it would still take a week or two to get biopsy results and start treatment. Good for you for getting checked. I should do that soon myself.
There are aggressive forms of cancer, but I HIGHLY doubt its going to spread in a week from now. Now it?s a different story if ur going to wait 7-months to a year then your asking for it to spread. There are different types of cancer and its hard to tell how fast a cancer could spread. It could take months to years. I?m going to stay positive for you and it could be nothing. Don?t be like me who waited 4-months to get a swollen lymph node/ lump checked in my neck only to start freaking out now about every little thing for months and then put yourself in a position where u have no idea what?s going. Your doing the right thing. Even if u waited until the end of the month to check it out its still fine.
